Last Week of Term 2

Last Week of Term 2

It’s the last week of Term 2 and students are having a blast!

G1 is continuing their study of seed growth and found that the roots are longer than the stem at the beginning of the plant life cycle.
They hypothesised that plants can be blown away by the wind if they have fewer roots or are too short.

As part of the "Blast-off-to-Reading" campaign K3 classes have been reading and practising their letters each day.
This week they will enjoy reading books and retelling stories as well as dropping off cards for our Christmas card exchange at the nearest post office.

During this cold weather all classes have been enjoying basketball for PE at the Yokohama Country and Athletic Club.
Only a few more days until Christmas break!
